PREMESSA - PREMISE
I boschi e le rocche tornano ad avere un pieno valore in primo luogo in materia ambientale, in attuazione dell'ecologia integrata, non un patrimonio solo da contemplare, bensì da gestire efficacemente, con turni di taglio regolari e con cicli programmati di pulizia e manutenzione. I "servizi eco sistemici-ambientali" che ettari di bosco generano, rappresentano una rinnovata sussidiarietà ambientale e territoriale. In particolare, i boschi e le Rocche del Roero sono universalmente riconosciuti come una delle più estese e pregiate tartufaie, pertanto meritano e necessitano attenzione, tutela e iniziative di valorizzazione.Il tartufo si è molto ridotto negli anni nonostante ci siano molte più aree boschive di 50 anni fa, però in realtà il territorio non coltivato non si è trasformato in boschi ma bensì in aree degradate, quindi il tartufo non trova spazio perché cresce ai bordi tra il coltivato e non, nei boschi e nelle rocche. Senza le tartufaie non ci sono i tartufi, la tartufaie sono aree di biodiversità e quindi è interesse generale tutelarle e farle crescere, effettuare gli opportuni controlli per verificare il rispetto dei regolamenti forestali.Il Territorio va tutelato anche rispetto allo sviluppo indiscriminato della monocoltura, il Roero per fortuna gode di coltivi differenziati oltre a boschi e rocche molto estesi, un landscape unico al mondo.E' necessario far funzionare, ricreare o difendere gli ambienti naturali che producono il pregiato tartufo bianco e convincere tutti gli operatori e gli amministratori di questo territorio ad agire in sincronia, a "fare sistema", come si dice oggi, affinché tutti possiamo beneficiare del valore di una risorsa che abbiamo la fortuna di avere a disposizione, ma che dobbiamo difendere dal rischio concreto di progressiva riduzione.
La neonata ASSOCIAZIONE DEI TARTUFAI DELLE ROCCHE DEL ROERO si prefigge come scopo primario di salvaguardare, difendere, custodire e migliorare l'ambiente degli ecosistemi tartufigeni dei territori dei Comuni delle Rocche del Roero attraverso un piano mirato di manutenzione e pulizia dei boschi e delle rocche e la piantumazione di piante tartufigene e inoltre vuole fare delle Rocche del Roero il primo "cru" del Tartufo bianco d'Alba.
PIANO OPERATIVO
L'Associazione ha predisposto il seguente PIANO OPERATIVO territoriale per il 2018 che include: 1. Interventi di pulizia di boschi e rocche2. Estensione aree tartufigene3. Messa a dimora di piante da tartufo4. Stipula contratti di acquisto/affitto/usufrutto a tutela di piante e aree tartufigene. 5. Attivazione collaborazioni con specialisti del settore per progettare nuove aree tartufigene, avvalendosi delle competenze ambientaliste e ingegneristiche6. Realizzazione tartufaia didattica nel Comune di Pocapaglia nella zona Parco al confine con il Comune di Bra e l'alveo del Rio Laggera. Più in dettaglio, in merito ai singoli punti sopra descritti, sono previsti i seguenti interventi mirati: 1. Interventi di pulizia di boschi e rocche:
Sono previsti interventi diretti di pulizia del sottobosco, rimozione piante dannose e secche, taglio arbusti infestanti, creazione sentieri.Detti interventi sono pianificati nei seguenti boschi e rocche:a) Santo Stefano Roero/Canale/Montà d'Alba: rocche Canaib) Santo Stefano Roero/Monteu Roero: a salire da Val Dabuss, strada Massano, zona Cornaiac) Montaldo Roero/Monteu Roero: rocche del Serro, rocche della Madonnina d) Pocapaglia: rocche e boschi proprietà Asfodero 2. Estensione aree tartufigene:
Sono previsti interventi volti ad estendere zone tartufigene esistenti, nei seguenti Comuni: a) Monteu Roero: zona Rivettob) Monteu Roero/Vezza: zona Varamone 3. Messa a dimora di piante da tartufo:
È prevista la messa a dimora delle seguenti piante tartufigene: querce, lecci, tigli, pioppi bianchi, noccioli, salici, gorre.Il programma prevede la messa a dimora di circa 200-300 piante nelle aree definite nel precedente punto 1, tenendo conto delle caratteristiche morfologiche dei diversi territori. 4. Attivazione collaborazioni con specialisti del settore per progettare nuove aree tartufigene, avvalendosi delle competenze ambientaliste e ingegneristiche:
L'avvio di contatti con altre associazioni già attive sui territori delle Langhe, Roero e Monferrato che perseguono obiettivi simili ai nostri, ci permetteranno di fare sistema promuovendo iniziative comuni di ricerca e sviluppo di nuovi progetti, inoltre il supporto di specialisti universitari ci permetterà di meglio focalizzare gli specifici interventi. 5. Stipula contratti di acquisto/affitto/usufrutto a tutela di piante e aree tartufigene:
Si intende promuovere i contatti necessari con Istituzioni pubbliche e private, associazioni e privati, volti alla stipula di contratti di compravendita, affitto, usufrutto di aree tartufigene o a potenzialità tartufigena, oltre all'adozione di specifici interventi di tutela nei confronti di piante storiche con note caratteristiche tartufigene. 6. Realizzazione tartufaia didattica nel Comune di Pocapaglia nella zona Parco al confine con il Comune di Bra e l'alveo del Rio Laggera:
Si intende avviare contatti con il Comune di Pocapaglia al fine di verificare la fattibilità di realizzazione di un progetto di costruzione di una tartufaia didattica. In caso affermativo, saranno necessari interventi di pulizia e manutenzione dell'area di oltre 5000mq ricca di alberi tartufigeni di oltre 50 anni e la conseguente progettazione della tartufaia didattica.

PREMISE
The woods and fortresses return to have a full value in the first place in environmental matters, implementing integrated ecology, not just a heritage to be contemplated, but to be managed effectively, with regular shifts and scheduled cleaning and maintenance cycles . The "ecosystem-environmental services" that hectares of forest generate, represent a renewed environmental and territorial subsidiarity.
In particular, the woods and the Rocche del Roero are universally recognized as one of the most extensive and prestigious truffles, therefore they deserve and need attention, protection and enhancement initiatives.
The truffle has been much reduced over the years although there are many more wooded areas 50 years ago, but in reality the uncultivated territory has not turned into woods but rather into degraded areas, so the truffle does not find space because it grows on the borders between the cultivated and not, in the woods and in the rocks.
Without truffles there are no truffles, truffles are areas of biodiversity and therefore it is in the general interest to protect them and make them grow, carry out the appropriate checks to verify compliance with forest regulations.
The territory must also be protected from the indiscriminate development of monocultures, Roero fortunately enjoys different crops as well as forests and very large rocks, a landscape unique in the world.
It is necessary to operate, recreate or defend the natural environments that produce the prized white truffle and convince all operators and administrators of this territory to act in sync, to "make a system", as we say today, so that we can all benefit from the value of a resource that we are fortunate to have available, but which we must defend against the concrete risk of progressive reduction.
The newborn ASSOCIATION OF TRUFFLES OF ROUGH ROUGHS has as its primary purpose to safeguard, defend, preserve and improve the environment of the truffle ecosystems of the Municipalities of the Rocche del Roero through a targeted plan of maintenance and cleaning of the woods and fortresses and the planting of truffle plants and also wants to make Rocche del Roero the first "cru" of the Alba White Truffle.
OPERATIONAL PLAN
The Association has prepared the following territorial OPERATIONAL PLAN for 2018 which includes:
1. Cleaning of forests and fortresses
2. Extension of truffle areas
3. Planting of truffle plants
4. Stipulate purchase / rental / usufruct contracts to protect plants and truffle areas.
5. Activation of collaborations with specialists in the sector to design new truffle areas, using environmental and engineering skills
6. Implementation of educational truffle in the Municipality of Pocapaglia in the Park area bordering the Municipality of Bra and the Rio Laggera riverbed.
More specifically, with regard to the individual points described above, the following targeted interventions are envisaged:
1. Cleaning of forests and fortresses:
Direct interventions for cleaning the undergrowth, removing harmful and dry plants, cutting weeds and creating paths are planned.
These interventions are planned in the following woods and fortresses:
a) Santo Stefano Roero / Canale / Montà d'Alba: Canai fortresses
b) Santo Stefano Roero / Monteu Roero: to climb from Val Dabuss, Massano road, Cornaia area
c) Montaldo Roero / Monteu Roero: fortresses of the Serro, fortresses of the Madonnina
d) Pocapaglia: fortresses and woods Asphodera properties
2. Extension of truffle areas:
Interventions are planned to extend existing truffle areas, in the following Municipalities:
a) Monteu Roero: Rivetto area
b) Monteu Roero / Vezza: Varamone area
3. Planting of truffle plants:
The following plants are to be planted: oaks, holm oaks, lindens, white poplars, hazels, willows and sheep.
The program provides for the planting of about 200-300 plants in the areas defined in the previous point 1, taking into account the morphological characteristics of the different territories.
4. Activation of collaborations with specialists in the sector to design new truffle areas, using environmental and engineering skills:
The initiation of contacts with other associations already active in the territories of the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato that pursue similar objectives to ours, will allow us to make a system promoting joint research and development initiatives of new projects, moreover the support of university specialists will allow us to better focus on specific interventions.
5. Stipulation of purchase / lease / usufruct contracts to protect plants and truffle areas:
The aim is to promote the necessary contacts with public and private institutions, associations and individuals, aimed at signing purchase and sale contracts, rent, use of truffle areas or truffle potential, as well as the adoption of specific protection measures against historic plants with notes truffle characteristics.
6. Implementation of educational truffle in the Municipality of Pocapaglia in the Park area bordering the Municipality of Bra and the Rio Laggera riverbed:
We intend to initiate contacts with the Municipality of Pocapaglia in order to verify the feasibility of carrying out a project for the construction of an educational tartufaia. In the affirmative, it will be necessary to clean and maintain the area of over 5000 square meters rich in truffle trees of over 50 years and the consequent design of the educational truffle.

Attività di Pulizia e nuova piantumazione "zona Monteu Roero"
Prosegue il programma dei lavori definiti nell'ambito del Programma interventi 2018. Alcuni Nostri Soci hanno provveduto a ripulire un'importante area tartufigena nel territorio di Monteu Roero , l'operazione è consistita nel rimuovere alcune piante di Acacie , nel diradare i Noccioli selvatici e nello smuovere il terreno . Sono stati anche lievemente diradati i cespugli di pioppi all'entrata dell'area e successivamente sono stati effettuati alcuni trapianti in altre aree.
Tutte le azioni effettuate sono in linea con le indicazioni proposte dall'Agronomo Tagliaferro nel recente incontro direttamente nell'area.

The poplar bushes at the entrance to the area have also been slightly thinned out and some transplants have been carried out in other areas.
All the actions carried out are in line with the indications proposed by the agronomist Mr. Tagliaferro in the recent meeting directly in the area.

a)SALVIAMOLETARTUFAIEDELROERO"
Nell'assemblea di Gennaio, alcuni soci hanno ribadito l'importanza di passare concretamente alla fase più operativa di tutela delle tartufaie , attraverso un concreto piano di piantumazione di piante tartufigene e di pulizia dei boschi e ricche in particolare da edere e liane.
Si approvò di lanciare LA CAMPAGNA DENOMINATA" SALVIAMO LE TARTUFAIE DEL ROERO ":
Il 7 marzo la campagna è partita : definite le aree di intervento , approvvigionate le piante, sono state assegnate ai vari gruppi ( rocche di Canale e zona industriale , zonaMonteu , zonaVezza )
Nella 1^ Giornata "Salviamo le tartufaie del Roero ". I nostri soci volontari hanno messo a dimora nelle rocche e nei boschi del Roero , 100 piante di pioppi Carolina , 10 di pioppi nero ibrido ed altrettanti di bianco ibrido.
Inoltre erano state ordinate altre 150 piante Carolina per la 2^ Giornata programmata per il 15 Marzo poi annullata a causa delle restrizioni governative Covid, ordine successivamente annullato.
Il 13 Marzo, Mauro Occhetto ci ha comunicato che è stata ancora effettuata la piantumazione di una cinquantina di piante donate da Flavio Ferrero, nostro socio.
b)ACCORDO IN COMODATO GRATUITO D'USO DI DUE AREA TARTUFIGENE A SOMMARIVA PERNO E POCAPAGLIA DI CIRCA 14.000 mq COMPLESSIVI
Il 7 marzo 2020, abbiamo firmato il primo accordo per la gestione in comodato gratuito d'uso di quasi 4 giornate tartufigene, nei boschi di Sommariva Perno e Pocapaglia.
La prima area è già in parte piantumata con Melanusporum , talee pioppi, tigli ecc. sanguinelli e nocciolini.
L'area è adatta per ricreare una tartufaia ideale anche per un discorso didattico o turistico.
Gianfranco Tibaldi, nostro socio e proprietaro del terreno, ha creato dei piantine che possono essere messe a dimora in aggiunta alle piante presenti, per creare l'ambiente ideale.
La seconda area, vicina alla prima, più boschiva e già produttiva , con pioppi Carolina , sanguinelli e sambuco , va ripulita , liberata dal legno secco (a cura del proprietario) e piantumata con alcuni pioppi Carolina e altro ove necessario.
Il 26 Aprile Gianfranco Tibaldi, nonostante il coronavirus ha porta avanti imperterrito il lavoro sulla nostra tartufaia: in due giorni di lavoro ha pulito e segnalato il 50 % delle piantine.
Abbiamo inoltre approvvigionato il Trico per tenere lontani i caprioli perché hanno danneggiato alcuni alberi. In altri due giorni di lavoro successivi, con l'aiuto di alcuni soci, è stata completata la pulizia/segnalazione dell'area.
c)ACCORDO CON MONGE
A fine Giugno siamo riusciti a sottoscrivere una convenzione con Monge per la fornitura a prezzi agevolati di prodotti Monge per i soci della nostra associazione.
L'accordo prevede l'acquisto di bancali di mangime come associazione, distribuito poi al costo ai soci.
Al momento so no già state effettuati due acquisti , Luglio e Agosto, rispettivamente per 42 e 48 colli.
d)GRUPPO INFORMATICO
La necessità di presidiare meglio l'attività di comunicazione dell'associazione, ci ha spinti a definire un gruppo di riferimenti per la gestione e lo sviluppo della nostra piattaforma comunicativa.
I soci Andrea Savoi, Daniele Stroppiana e Michela Sordo, con il contributo esterno di Marta Menegaldo , hanno dato la disponibilità a seguire l'attività e per questo gliene siamo grati.
Ora il sito web, la pagina Facebook e Instagram, finora carente di aggiornamenti e di informazioni, potranno ben rappresentare con testi, immagini e video il lavoro che l'associazione svolgerà.
3.Candidatura Unesco della Cerca e Cavatura del Tartufo: convegno di Campobasso e decisioni conseguenti
Nel mese di Agosto l'ANCT (Associazione Nazionale Città del Tartufo), in vista del riconoscimento a bene immateriale Unesco della cerca e Cavatura del Tartufo che auspichiamo avvenga nel 2021, ci ha invitati ad un seminario formativo in materia Unescana in merito proprio alla candidatura proposta dalla nostra comunità. L'evento, grazie al contributo della Regione Molise, si è tenuto a Campobasso gli scorsi 4-5-6 settembre.
L'iniziativa, finalizzata alla conoscenza dei principi della Convenzione UNESCO 2003 e alla diffusione della cerca e cavatura del Tartufo come Patrimonio Culturale Immateriale, era destinata contemporaneamente alla formazione della comunità proponente la candidatura, dei Sindaci e degli uffici stampa dei Comuni associati ad ANCT e alla Stampa specializzata.
Il nostro socio Daniele Stroppiana con la compagna Marta Menegaldo, hanno partecipato in rappresentanza della nostra associazione, per questo li ringraziamo.
Daniele ci ha ampiamente edotti sull'importanza del seminario e su quanto definito.
In particolare ci ha ricordato che il tema principale non è stato il tartufo in quanto prodotto di valore o pregio, ma la cultura e la tradizione della CERCA.
Questo, in vista della candidatura, ci deve spingere, come associazione (noi) e come enti pubblici (comuni e regioni) a dover promuovere questa tradizione mettendo in secondo piano il tartufo come prodotto.
Continua Daniele ricordando che saremo sotto l'occhio della commissione internazionale dell'Unesco che dovrà valutare nell'anno a venire se la candidatura, proposta dall'italia e fortemente voluta dall'associazione "città del tartufo" ci potrà permettere di inserire questa antica pratica nel patrimonio unesco.
Siamo stati in compagnia di enti pubblici e associazioni di tartufai provenienti da tutta Italia, questo ci ha fatto sentire una comunità, perché a tutti noi sta a cuore la stessa cosa, il mondo del tartufo.
Gli enti delle altre regioni ci prendono come modello (Alba) per l'organizzazione di fiere e la collaborazione fra enti ed associazioni, questo ci ha valorizzato molto e ci porta ad essere consapevoli di avere una grande responsabilità e di dover essere quindi attivi e attenti alle tematiche che porteranno la nostra passione a essere riconosciuta a livello internazionale.
Ciò ovviamente farà bene a noi perché se diventerà patrimonio, ci saranno sempre più fondi e ovviamente ne godrà la biodiversità (boschi) e il mercatostesso del tartufo o delle attività turistiche ad esso connesse.

a) SAVEOLETARTUFAIEDELROERO "
In the January assembly, some members reiterated the importance of concretely moving on to the more operational phase of protection of truffle fields, through a concrete plan for planting truffle plants and cleaning the woods and in particular rich in ivy and lianas.
It was approved to launch THE CAMPAIGN CALLED "SAVE THE TRUFFLES OF THE ROERO":
On 7 March the campaign started: the areas of intervention were defined, the plants supplied, they were assigned to the various groups (fortresses of Canale and industrial area, Monteu area, Vezza area)
On the 1st Day "Let's save the Roero truffle fields". Our volunteer members have planted 100 Carolina poplar trees, 10 hybrid black poplars and the same number of hybrid white ones in the fortresses and woods of the Roero.
In addition, another 150 Carolina plants had been ordered for the 2nd Day scheduled for March 15, which was then canceled due to Covid government restrictions, the order subsequently canceled.
On March 13, Mauro Occhetto informed us that the planting of about fifty plants donated by our partner Flavio Ferrero has still been carried out.
b) FREE LOAN AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF TWO TARTUFIGENE AREAS IN SOMMARIVA PIN AND SMALL STOCK OF ABOUT 14,000 sqm TOTAL
On 7 March 2020, we signed the first agreement for the management of almost 4 truffle days on free loan, in the woods of Sommariva Perno and Pocapaglia.

We also stocked the Trico to keep roe deer away because they damaged some trees. In another two days of work that followed, with the help of some partners, the cleaning / signaling of the area was completed.
c) AGREEMENT WITH MONGE At the end of June we managed to sign an agreement with Monge for the supply at discounted prices of Monge products for the members of our association. The agreement provides for the purchase of pallets of feed as an association, then distributed at cost to members. At the moment two purchases have already been made, July and August, respectively for 42 and 48 packages. d) IT GROUP The need to better oversee the communication activity of the association has prompted us to define a group of references for the management and development of our communication platform. The partners Andrea Savoi, Daniele Stroppiana and Michela Sordo, with the external contribution of Marta Menegaldo, have given their availability to follow the activity and for this we are grateful to them. Now the website, the Facebook and Instagram page, so far lacking in updates and information, will be able to represent the work that the association will carry out with texts, images and videos. 3. Unesco Candidate for Truffle Search and Quarrying: conference in Campobasso and consequent decisions In August the ANCT (National Association of the City of the Truffle), in view of the recognition of the Unesco intangible asset of the Truffle hunting and quarrying that we hope will take place in 2021, invited us to a training seminar on the Unescana subject regarding the candidacy. proposed by our community. The event, thanks to the contribution of the Molise Region, was held in Campobasso the last 4-5-6 September. The initiative, aimed at the knowledge of the principles of the 2003 UNESCO Convention and the dissemination of the search and quarrying of the Truffle as an Intangible Cultural Heritage, was intended at the same time to train the community proposing the candidacy, the Mayors and the press offices of the Municipalities associated with ANCT and to the specialized press. Our partner Daniele Stroppiana with his partner Marta Menegaldo participated on behalf of our association, for this we thank them.
Daniele has amply informed us on the importance of the seminar and on what has been defined. In particular, he reminded us that the main theme was not the truffle as a product of value or value, but the culture and tradition of CERCA. This, in view of the candidacy, must push us, as an association (us) and as public bodies (municipalities and regions) to have to promote this tradition by putting truffles as a product in the background. Daniele continues remembering that we will be under the eye of the UNESCO international commission that will have to evaluate in the year to come whether the candidacy, proposed by Italy and strongly desired by the "city of truffles" association will allow us to include this ancient practice in the unesco heritage. We have been in the company of public bodies and associations of truffles from all over Italy, this made us feel like a community, because we all care about the same thing, the world of truffles. The bodies of the other regions take us as a model (Alba) for the organization of fairs and the collaboration between bodies and associations, this has greatly valued us and leads us to be aware of having a great responsibility and therefore having to be active and attentive. to the issues that will lead our passion to be recognized internationally. This obviously will do us good because if it becomes heritage, there will be more and more funds and obviously it will enjoy the biodiversity (woods) and the market itself of the truffle or the tourist activities connected to it.

Attività di Pulizia e nuova piantumazione "zona Roero", con messa a dimora di 220 Pioppi Carolina.
Prosegue il programma dei lavori definiti nell'ambito del Programma interventi 2021. I Nostri Soci hanno provveduto a ripulire un'importanti aree tartufigene in tutto il territorio del Roero. Sono stati messi a dimora oltre 200 Pioppi Carolina per poter arricchire le zone tartufigene del nostro territorio.
Inoltre , nelle diverse zone sono stati attuati lavori manutenzione e di pulizia , che continueranno nei giorni a venire, per favorire il ripopolamento delle varie specie di tartufo.

La situazione pandemica non ha impedito ai comuni di organizzare delle usuali feste e fiere del tartufo.
Abbiamo confermato la stipula dell' accordo con il ristorante Piazza Duomo di Alba e un nuovo accordo con Tartuflanghe, per permettere ai nostri associati di valorizzare il tartufo delle rocche.
.È stato rinnovato l'accordo con MONGE per la fornitura del mangime
- La Regione ci ha chiesto la compilazione della scheda per la revisione biennale 2019-2020 delle Associazioni iscritte nel registro regionale della Promozione Sociale. La scheda è stata restituita compilata, firmata e scannerizzata entro il 28/02/2021, pena il decadimento dell'iscrizione.
Sono stati attivati i servizi presso il Centro per il volontariato CSV di Alba ed è stato attivato il 5x1000 e la PEC associativa.
È stata avviata l'adesione alla Federazione F.N.A.T.I. (Federazione Nazionale Associazioni Tartufai Italiani): L'associazione raggruppa oltre 50 associazioni locali di cercatori di tartufi presenti in Italia e si prefigge come scopo di coordinarne gli interventi per una comune difesa del tartufaio, delle tartufaie, e delle attività legate al mondo dei tartufi.
-Prosegue la richiesta di contributi per sostenere le nostre attività:
1. L'Ordine dei Cavalieri di San Michele del Roero ci ha donato
2. Il Comune di Monteu ci ha assicurato un contributo per il 2022
3. Tartufingros ci offrirà i giubbotti senza maniche che stiamo selezionando.
-Assumerà, come di consueto, molta importanza il proseguimento della campagna denominata "SALVIAMO LE TARTUFAIE DEL ROERO".L'esperienza degli scorsi anni e la particolare siccità che riscontriamo sempre più nei nostri territori tartufigeni, impongono una rettifica alla rotta utilizzata in particolare nel 2020 e nel 2021.
1. Verrà effettuato un interventi di pulizia della tartufaia di Dacomo, ora in nostra gestione, a seguito della sottoscrizione del contratto di affitto stipulato a Novembre;
2. Intervento simile di pulizia e con piantumazione di nuove piante tartufigene, verrà effettuato nella tartufaia situata in zona Rivetto (Monteu Roero), concessa in affitto dalla parrocchia di Sant'Anna di Monteu Roero, anche se il contratto, per ragioni burocratiche dell'ente concedente, non si è ancora potuto stipulare;
3. Definiremo il Piano di intervento nella tartufaia della Rocca del Serro di Montaldo Roero, in comodato gratuito d'uso alla Associazione secondo l'accordo stipulato con il Comune stesso lo scorso anno;
4. Intervento di taglio della legna e pulizia della tartufaia situata in zona Crocetta di Vezza: è intenzione del Comune stipulare con l'associazione nel corso del 2022 un accordo di comodato gratuito;
5. Provvederemo la Pulizia del fosso in zona Vaduà del Comune di Santo Stefano Roero;
6. Relativamente alle due aree di Sommariva Perno e Pocapagliadi circa 14.000 mq, si propone quanto segue:
l'esperto Enrico Vidale ci suggerisce di avviare un progetto di verifica di inoculo anche per il tartufo bianco.
Potremmo chiedere all'agronomo Edmondo Bonelli di effettuare un'analisi del terreno e vedere se fosse possibile effettuare un inoculo di bianco, accompagnato eventualmente anche sul nero pregiato, sulle piante messe a dimora micorizzate. Oppure verificare se le radici sono mocorizzate.
Potremmo stabilire un budget di 300/500€per il primo anno per l'analisi del terreno ed l'acquisto di tartufi surgelati per inoculo e poi si vede come procedere l'anno successivo. Il gruppo di lavoro dovrà inoltre trinciare nella zona in cui abbiamo tagliato le piante alte e prendere dei nocciolini (polloni) e fare una fila sul confine vicino alla riva;
Dopo la pulizia e la sostituzione delle piantine mancati nella parte pianeggiante (sfruttando la disponibilità di piantine di Gianfranco Tibaldi) sarebbe opportuno far passare un mezzo meccanico per far areare il terreno.
7. Piantumazione di nuove piante tarufigene ove necessario ma a condizione che sia possibile acccudire le nuove pinatine ed eventualmente innaffiare, se necessario, per assicurare risultati certi.
Infine vi informiamo che l'Unione delle Associazioni Trifoulau Piemontesi ha accolto la nostra richiesta di adesione all'Unione

The pandemic situation did not prevent the municipalities from organizing the usual truffle festivals and fairs.
We have confirmed the signing of the agreement with the Piazza Duomo restaurant in Alba and a new agreement with Tartuflanghe, to allow our associates to enhance the truffle from the fortresses.

The Region asked us to fill in the form for the biennial review 2019-2020 of the Associations registered in the regional register of Social Promotion. The form was returned filled in, signed and scanned by 02/28/2021, under penalty of forfeiture of registration.

We received contributions from: Tartufingros , the Tartuflanghe Jackets. We have automated with the Region the procedure for the facilitated payment of the concession fee for 2022: the solution for the renewal by 2021 of the annual concession fee for 2022, to be covered from the beginning of the year for the search, overcoming the problem of the SPID or the electronic identity card for those who do not have it, consisted in centralizing the data of all the members of the Region and by Christmas we were in possession of the payment slips.
The services were activated at the CSV Volunteer Center in Alba and the 5x1000 and the associative PEC were activated.
Membership of the F.N.A.T.I. Federation has started. (National Federation of Italian Truffle Associations): The association brings together over 50 local associations of truffle hunters present in Italy and aims to coordinate their interventions for a common defense of the truffle hunter, truffle grounds, and activities related to the world of truffles .

1. A cleaning of the truffle ground of Dacomo, now in our management, will be carried out following the signing of the rental contract stipulated in November;

With regard to the two areas of Sommariva Perno and Pocapaglia of approximately 14,000 square meters, the following is proposed: the expert Enrico Vidale suggests that we start a project to verify the inoculation also for the white truffle. We could ask the agronomist Edmondo Bonelli to carry out an analysis of the soil and see if it was possible to carry out an inoculum of white, possibly also accompanied on the precious black, on the mycorrhized plants.
